Privacy Policy
We collect personal information about customers and potential customers. We do not share this information, for business purposes, with any other company.
- Bookings: To make a booking, please call us on 020 8684 4414. Once your course is arranged, you will receive a booking confirmation. You should check the details carefully and send it back to us.
- Fees: Please see course details on the courses page for price structure.
- Discounts: Discounts are available for multiple bookings, and for charitable organisations. Please contact us for more details.
- Client’s responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility, having referred to the relevant course outlines, to ensure that the course is suitable for the delegate’s requirements. Easypc4all accepts no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet the client’s requirements or the delegate’s requirements.
- Course materials: It is acknowledged that all course materials provided by Easypc4all are copyright and may not be copied or distributed unless expressly agreed in writing by Easypc4all.
- Payment: An invoice will be issued on completion of the course. Full payment should be received within 30 days of the invoice date. If any payment due to Easypc4all is in arrears for more than 30 days, Easypc4all may charge interest on a day to day basis at the rate of four percent above bank base rate in force from time to time, from the due date of payment until the date of receipt.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the start of the course. Otherwise Easypc4all reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% if less than 7 days, and 100% within 0-5 days notice.
